As a growing company, we are seeking experienced installers and new-to-the-industry labourers who is self-motivated and hardworking. You should have a focus on quality and treat each project as if you are working on your own family home.
Responsibilities:
- Installer or labourer on a roofing or siding crew
- Install shingle roofing, siding, soffits, & fascia on residential houses, or assist crew leader & installers.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Work with existing crew leaders daily to determine priorities
- Work with crew leader to help determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required for each project
- Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite
- Must be able to carry 80lb bundles of shingles on your shoulder and walk up a 2-storey ladder.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
