We are looking for a proven, high-performing equipment sales professional who can own a GTA territory and drive growth across excavators, wheel loaders, heavy lift trucks, shunt trucks, and light-duty construction equipment.
What you will do
- Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships across the GTA.
- Sell and support a range of construction equipment, with a strong emphasis on excavators.
- Work closely with contractors, fleet owners, operators, and decision-makers to match equipment solutions to customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to quoting, closing, and follow-up.
- Maintain a strong presence in the market through regular customer visits and territory management.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in construction equipment or heavy equipment sales, in particular Excavators.
- Strong knowledge of excavators and related product lines such as wheel loaders and lift trucks.
- A confident, professional sales approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer applications and recommend the right equipment solution.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, product demonstrations, and territory management.
Assets
- Existing network in the construction or equipment market.
- Experience selling to contractors, rental houses, municipalities, or fleet accounts.
- Technical understanding of equipment applications and performance.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Compensation
Base salary and total compensation will be based on experience and market fit. The expected total compensation (base plus commission) is expected to be $120,000 - $140,000.
