Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Meat Industrial Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Industrial Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for various tasks involved in the Cut, weigh, package, label and price meat products and quality control of meat products in our industrial facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Duties
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts
- Price meat products
- Prepare special orders
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
