We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support various office functions. Experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus, but not required. The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining a professional environment.

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of office administration experience, manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with accounting or ERP software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- High school diploma required; post secondary education in office administration or business is an asset

- Greet visitors, customers, and delivery drivers at the front office
- Process purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents
- Support accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry and matching
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical
- Coordinate with the production floor on order status, scheduling, and paperwork
- Order office and shop supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Assist with data entry in our ERP or accounting system
- Support HR administration such as timesheets, onboarding paperwork, and records
- Provide general administrative support to management as needed
Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
