Lost and Found is an artisanal ice cream shop who's main focus is small batch, big flavoured ice cream! We are community focused and use locally grown and made ingredients whenever possible. We are looking for a few part time people (which will turn into full time) who are committed to offering the same energy in customer service as we do in our products! Must be able to work until 830pm in the spring and 10pm in the summer on weekdays and weekends.

Essential Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Take orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of menu (including ingredients and preparations), with the ability to make suggestions, and answer questions.
- Greets guests as they arrive.
- Thank guests, for their purchase.
- Prepare all ice cream orders.
- Handle cash and card transactions
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Punctual.
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety control policies.
- Able to handle money accurately
- Demonstrates excellent customer services skills.
- Pays close attention to detail.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the manager. (including cleaning)
- Exhibits excellent organizational skills.
- Maintains professional but friendly demeanour.
- Works well with a team.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- A positive attitude
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all areas of the shop.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs .
