CNC Machinists – Day & Night Shift
We are growing and looking for reliable, motivated CNC machinists for both day and night shift positions in our milling and lathe departments. We are open to apprentice, journeyman, and highly experienced machinists depending on skill level and attitude.
This is a fast paced production environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, want to grow their skills, and can work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Setup, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes and milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring equipment
- Adjust tooling and offsets to maintain quality and efficiency
- Complete basic programming or editing at the machine when required
- Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
- Work with supervisors and team members to improve production and reduce downtime
Preferred Experience
- Experience with CNC lathes and/or CNC mills
- Fanuc or Mazatrol experience is considered an asset
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- CAD/CAM or G-code programming experience is an asset
- Experience with setup and production machining preferred
- Apprentices with strong attitudes and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Pay: $30.00-$42.92 per hour
