Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Cambridge, ON office. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for qualifying new clients and identifying new business opportunities across Southwestern Ontario focusing on the tri-city area who require assistance with Staffing & Recruitment. This role requires identifying and cold calling prospects, lead generation, market research, customer service, managing sales pipeline, negotiating bill rates, and setting up accounts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience with Business Development or working in the recruitment/staffing industry
- Cold calling, analytical, market research, and lead generation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Results driven with a "go-getter' attitude
- People like you; they really like you!
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience in staffing industry sales an asset
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related field an asset
Compensation
- Competitive base salary $45,000-$55,000 per year to start + unlimited commission earning potential - no cap
