Aircraft Interior Systems Engineer – 12-Month Contract
Location: Laval, QC (Hybrid – 3 Days On-Site)
Morson Edge is recruiting an Aircraft Interior Systems Engineer to support an exciting aerospace program with one of our leading aviation clients in Laval, Quebec.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain aircraft system architecture from concept through entry into service
- Solve complex technical challenges with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and external suppliers
- Support system validation, verification, and certification activities
- Adapt quickly to evolving program priorities while delivering high-quality results
- Work independently and contribute as a positive, proactive team member
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Aerospace, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience developing or testing aircraft and/or automotive systems
- Experience with system architecture, requirements development, validation, and verification
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Technical Experience
- FAA regulations and technical specifications
- Aerospace qualification standards (DO-160)
- ARP4754 & ARP4761
- DO-160, DO-178 & DO-254
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Part 23, Part 25, Part 33, or Part 35 regulations
- Experience with safety-critical systems
- Agile development experience
- Aircraft or UAM development programs
- Software and embedded systems
- Environmental Control Systems (ECS)
- Cabin media and communication systems, including displays, computers, intercoms, speakers, microphones, and related equipment
