Our downtown real estate client is looking to hire for a newly created entry level Financial Analyst position. Under the guidance and tutelage of the Manager, FP& A, the Financial Analyst will work on and have exposure to both real estate analysis (due diligence for deals, M& A, market analysis, etc.) through to more FP& A work, including, development proformas, budgeting and forecasting, modelling and more.
The ideal Financial Analyst will have some hands on experience (a co-op) or have participated in case competitions. Experience is not the key criteria , however.
