Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service
- Deliver warm, attentive, and engaging service to every guest from first greeting to final goodbye
- Anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming, inclusive, and upbeat atmosphere
- Confidently guide guests through our whiskey collection, cocktails, beer, and food offerings
- Build rapport with regulars and first-time guests alike, making every visit feel personal
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and solution-focused communication
Bar Service & Operations
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with consistency and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar at all times
- Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system
- Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service
- Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
Brand Representation
- Represent the Blackrose brand with confidence, polish, and professionalism
- Uphold our standards for hospitality, presentation, and service excellence
- Contribute to a fun, positive, and respectful team culture

- Whiskey or cocktail knowledge is an asset (training provided for the right attitude)
- Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-driven
- SIRS certification
- Evening, weekend, and event availability
