Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing towels and linens with care.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining quality standards.
- Help company owner to complete fast-paced air bnb turnovers on a weekly basis
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong proficiency in English is required; and speaking Spanish is also a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to build trust and rapport with not just our team, but also our clients.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for transportation
- Comfortable working around household pets
- Able to be on your feet working for several hours at a time

As a disclaimer, this position is not full-time or part-time hours guaranteed. We can only offer you 3-15 hours per week at the moment, but as the company grows, you are the first to get more hours if you need them.
