Boekee Building is looking for a motivated, reliable carpenter or construction crew member to join our growing team. We specialize primarily in agricultural construction, building high-quality farm structures.
What You’ll Do
-Build, erect, install, maintain, and repair agricultural buildings and other wood-framed structures.
-Construct foundations, walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings using wood, steel, metal, concrete, and other building materials.
-Install windows, doors, trim, and other interior and exterior finishing components.
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans to determine layouts, measurements, and material requirements.
-Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
-Perform framing, structural assembly, and general carpentry tasks with attention to quality and detail.
-Safely operate tools and equipment while following all company safety procedures.
-Load, unload, and organize building materials on the job site.
-Assist with demolition, repairs, and renovations when required.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For
-Experience in construction or carpentry is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right individual.
-Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
-Reliable and punctual.
-Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $22.00-$38.00 per hour
