Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in construction management, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Duties
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and civil drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilize construction estimating tools to prepare budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Use Bluebeam and other digital tools for document management, plan revisions, and communication.
- Manage project schedules effectively through time management strategies to meet deadlines.
- Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders regularly on project status.
- Address any issues or delays proactively to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Ensure all work adheres to legal regulations, building codes, and client specifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or related field with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and civil 3D design software.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam.
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related disciplines are preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
