Job Title: Finance Manager

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 based on experience
My client is seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to join a growing organization and play a key role in supporting business performance and strategic decision-making. This position is responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing the planning and reporting cycle, and providing leadership with meaningful financial insights to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting and finance activities across the Regional Business Unit.

Lead the monthly financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.

Prepare, analyze, and manage budgets and forecasts that reflect current business conditions.

Prepare for and participate in Regional Business Unit leadership and board meetings.

Perform financial analysis and develop management reports to support operational and business decisions.

Partner with regional and site leadership to support pricing strategies and improve profitability by customer.

Identify and implement initiatives to enhance operational and financial performance.

Ensure strong internal controls are maintained to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and presentations as required.

Ensure compliance with applicable quality and environmental management policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA designation is required.

3–7 years of hands-on managerial accounting experience.

Manufacturing industry experience is considered a strong asset.

Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Highly analytical with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to present financial information to a variety of audiences.

Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate situations objectively and recommend effective solutions.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, with proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
