The Role
This is not just a desk management position.
The Director of Operationsr will ultimately be responsible for everything that happens between a signed contract and a happy customer.
You will lead field operations, office administration, scheduling, quality control, customer experience, profitability and employee development.
As you grow in your role, the Owner will increasingly focus on growth, marketing, technology and strategic direction.
Your responsibility is making sure the company runs exceptionally every day.
What You'll Be Responsible For

What We're Looking For
Required:
- 7–10+ years leadership experience
- Proven management of 10–30 employees
- Strong financial understanding
- Excellent communication
- High emotional intelligence
- Ability to make difficult decisions
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred:
- Construction or trades background
- Lean/continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with Jobber or similar software
- Experience implementing SOPs
- Experience scaling companies
Compensation
Competitive salary plus performance incentives.
Potential structure:
- Base salary: $110,000–$150,000
