Registered Practical Nurses
1: 1 COMPLEX CARE-TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT
G-tube, Feeding pump, Oxygen therapy, Portable Suction and Hearing aids - Pediatric

Full time and Part time
8 hours shifts (2300-0700) and possibly (0700-1500)

Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Pediatric experience working in community/homecare (minimum age 3 years preferred)
- Must be fully vaccinated.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/ ACLS) certificate.
- Police background/Vulnerable Sector Check
- Experienced with G-tubes, oxygen therapy, and medically complex children.
- Available for night shifts (2300-0700) and possibly day shift (0700-1500)
- Comfortable providing hands-on, direct pediatric care.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and administering prescribed, routine medications and treatments as directed by the Physician and in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario's Medication Administration Standards.
- Document care and communicate changes to family and care team.
- Support developmental play and safe physical engagement.
- Monitor for respiratory distress, reflux, feeding intolerance.
- Continuous oximeter monitoring – assess and adjust oxygen mask as needed.
- Diaper changes and skin care.
- Completing all required assessments
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pediatric Nursing.
- Demonstrates critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated reliable attendance, punctuality, availability and performance required.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
