Seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to work in the Burlington area. This exciting opportunity offers:

Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the leadership team in the Finance Department
- Calendar management, meeting coordination, conferences, and company events
- Coordinate travel arrangements, and processing expenses
- Coordinate meetings, taking minutes, and action items
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports
- Manage day to day office operations, and office housekeeping
- Perform ad-hoc activities and project support as required
Qualifications / Competencies
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a senior administrative role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and AI tools
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and take initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
