About Grand Dental

What You’ll Do
- Advanced chairside assisting across restorative, cosmetic, surgical, endo, implant, and Invisalign cases.
- Full CDA II scope within BC guidelines, including digital X-rays, impressions, temps, rubber dams, polishing, sealants, and fluoride.
- Daily use of iTero, digital imaging, paperless charts, and cosmetic workflows.
- Support patients with clear explanations, calm reassurance, and thoughtful pre- and post-op care.
- Maintain top-tier infection control and operatory standards.
- Step in where needed to keep the day running smoothly, no ego, no silos.
What We’re Looking For
- CDA Level II, registered or eligible in BC.
- 5+ years of strong chairside experience in a busy practice.
- Confident across the full CDA scope, including complex cases.
- Warm, articulate, and professional with patients of all ages.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Available for all listed hours.
Strong Assets
- Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, iTero, whitening.
- Implant, surgical, or sedation experience.
- Comfortable with modern dental software and digital systems.
- Interest in ongoing learning and skill development.
