Charaka Rehab is seeking experienced home care aides who are looking for private home care clients. Candidates should be comfortable with the typical tasks involved in home care assistance with all ADLs, light housekeeping tasks and light general exercises.
We want to help you find more clients! We are seeking people who are registered health care assistants, care aides, or those experienced in providing companionship and personal care services to seniors.
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- Daily personal care routines such as dressing, washroom care, grooming etc.
- Meal preparation and Light housekeeping tasks
- Assistance cooking meals and cutting food, pouring heavy condiments etc.
- In-home activities (walking)
Qualifications:
- Driver's license required
- Willing to learn; training available
This process will include a job reference check (so please be prepared to provide 1 or 2 job references) and a criminal background check.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $19.04-$22.00 per hour
