About the Opportunity:
The Lot 1 Pasta Bar team is looking for a bartender and variable manager. This role is a mix of bartending and variable management shifts.

Duties & Responsibilities (Bartender)
- Open and close the bar.
- Prepare bar ingredients and recipes.
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
- Serve guests to Lot 1 standards.
- Help with takeout, food expediting and delivering meals.
- Take payments and perform daily cashouts.
Duties & Responsibilities (Variable Manager)
- Assist the General and Assistant Managers in running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead the restaurant team during management floor shifts.
- Drive restaurant performance standards and maintain a positive guest experience.
- Complete daily cash and restaurant closing duties.
- Fill in as needed to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.
- Work with staff to ensure a positive staff experience.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive outlook and "glass half-full" mentality.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment (staff role).
- Minimum 1 year experience in a management or supervisor role.
- Post secondary education or skilled trades certification an asset.
- Certifications: First Aid level 1, food safe, serving it right
Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour
