Company Overview
Safety isn't a compliance checkbox here. It's how we protect the people who show up every day and do the work.
At North 49 Foods in Moose Jaw, we're looking for a Safety Coordinator who wants to own the floor, someone who builds trust with frontline workers, keeps the program running without being told, and treats documentation as a tool, not a burden. If you're the kind of person who'd rather be out on the production floor than behind a desk, you'll fit right in. Donald's Fine Foods is a family-owned specialty meat processing company with six production facilities across British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. We operate three brands: North 49 Foods, Thunder Creek Pork, and Britco Pork and we're growing. Our P&C team is building out enterprise OH&S infrastructure, and this role sits at the center of that effort at the plant level.
