This role has a strong focus on posting in social media, and engaging customers, so our ideal candidate must be computer literate and ideally have some experience with social media.
Overview:
The Sales Professional matches customers with the best recreational vehicle (RV) or boat for their travel and lifestyle needs. In this role, you will post in social media and engage with customers online about our units, then book appointments to show and demonstrate the products the customer chooses.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Post engaging content about units for sale on the dealership social media.
Ensure an unforgettable client experience by connecting on a personal level with the client to make every interaction meaningful.
Build rapport with customers, answer inquiries promptly and professionally and competently resolve any concerns.
Assist customers to select the right RV or boat for their lifestyle and needs through an exceptional sales and service process.
Highlight and educate customers on the features and benefits of various units.
Help clients, be enthusiastic about the products, and ready to close successful deals.
Complete necessary documentation accurately.
Follow up with customers to build trust and confidence.
Dedicated to deliver incredible results to clients.
Essential Skills:
Desire and ability to learn about RVs, boats and finance and payment plans offered by the dealership.
Ability to communicate (writing and speaking) effectively in English. French is an asset.
Qualifications:
Provincially licensed, or able to be licensed, as recognized by the MVDA (OMVIC).
RV, marine, and/or automotive sales experience an asset.
Willing to work evening and weekend shifts.
