What We’re Looking For
- Previous serving experience required or
- Previous bartending experience (Good to have)
- Great attitude and strong communication skills
- Outgoing personality with excellent customer service
- Team player who works well in a busy environment
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Smart Serve certification required
Server/Bartender Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve drinks following company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant/bar area
- Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
- Handle cash, POS systems, and payments professionally
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
