A&B Rental Centre – London, ON
Since 1969, A&B Rental Centre has been serving homeowners, contractors, businesses, and municipalities throughout London and the surrounding area. We are currently looking for a Rental & Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is primarily a front-counter position focused on helping customers throughout the rental process. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones and emails, preparing rental contracts, providing quotations, processing payments, and helping customers select the right equipment for their needs.
While customer service is the primary focus, this is not strictly an office position. Team members are expected to assist customers with loading equipment, provide basic equipment demonstrations, and help with light yard duties when required.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Prepare rental contracts and quotations
- Process payments and rental transactions
- Recommend equipment based on customer needs
- Demonstrate basic equipment operation and safety procedures
- Assist customers with loading and securing equipment
- Maintain accurate rental records
- Help with light yard duties as needed

- Valid G Class Driver's License
Considered an Asset
- Previous experience in the equipment rental industry
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Experience operating equipment, trailers, or forklifts
- Knowledge of construction, landscaping, or industrial equipment

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
