Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, motivated, and aligned with a high-performance, luxury-wellness environment. You will work alongside our healthcare and wellness teams to provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to client needs, while supporting recovery, pain reduction, and functional improvement.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality therapeutic and rehabilitative massage treatments
- Assess client needs and create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes
- Educate clients on posture, mobility, and muscle maintenance between sessions
- Collaborate with physiotherapy and chiropractic teams for integrated care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Uphold Peak Rehab’s client experience standards (punctuality, communication, professionalism)
- Support clinic events, education sessions, and promotional initiatives when needed
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with CMTO
- Valid liability insurance
- Strong assessment and manual therapy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Client-centric approach with passion for health and wellness
- Ability to work evenings or weekends as required
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
