Marketing & Client Outreach Representative
Location: Brampton, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday – No Weekends
Available Shifts:
- Part-Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- OR
- Full-Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMImportant: This is not a digital marketing or social media position.
- No SEO. No online marketing. We are currently hiring a motivated and professional Marketing & Client Outreach Representative for our growing business. This is an in-person, phone-based, and field outreach role focused on building client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to businesses to introduce services
- Visit local companies and attend kiosks/events to promote the agency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Schedule meetings with potential clients
- Keep accurate records of outreach activities and client communications
- Assist with outreach preparation and basic internal workshop-style sessions
- Provide light administrative support to the recruitment team
- Meet monthly outreach and performance goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, outbound sales, or client outreach
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Professional, organized, and confident on the phone
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of local job markets and labor trends is an asset
