The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Office coordinates the university’s enterprise-level risk function.
It addresses growing demands driven by:

Funder expectations
Third-party management
A complex decentralized environment
Financial accountability and safety
The Office is responsible for:
Insurance programs
Enterprise risk management programs
Legislative compliance
Crisis management support
Job Summary
The Senior Consultant, Enterprise Risk & Transformation provides end-to-end leadership for enterprise risk and transformation initiatives.
This includes:
Initiating, executing, and delivering projects aligned to institutional priorities
Applying structured project and change management methodologies
Managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement
The role strengthens governance, operational resilience, and enterprise risk maturity while embedding risk-informed decision-making across the organization.
Accountabilities
Lead enterprise risk and transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, and monitoring
Develop and maintain risk registers and evolve the ERM framework
Deliver ERM projects with clear work plans, milestones, and reporting
Lead cross-functional teams and risk assessment workshops
Apply change management methodologies to ensure adoption and sustainability
Maintain risk criteria, scoring methodologies, and control libraries
Integrate legislative and regulatory compliance into ERM practices
Oversee digital enablement (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI) and improve data integrity and analytics
Qualifications
Education
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
PMP certification (Lean or Lean Six Sigma required)
Risk Management certification (CRM or FRM preferred)
Experience
Minimum 5 years in enterprise risk management and project delivery
Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, and risk analytics tools
Strong project management and scheduling expertise
Experience with process optimization and gap analysis
