Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Advisor or Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicle service needs are met with professionalism and expertise. This role involves managing service appointments, providing accurate vehicle diagnoses, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships. A strong background in automotive repair, operations, and sales is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a welcoming environment
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding repair needs and timelines
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Ensure all work is documented correctly in the automotive management system
- Other administrative and office functions as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Manager, with leadership or management experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicles and automotive repair processes
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Experience with cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and balancing daily reports
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and a professional demeanor
- A team player who works collaboratively with coworkers and has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to help wherever needed
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
