Shockingly Good Electrical Controls are seeking 309A Construction and Maintenance apprentice to join our Atwood, Ontario location. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively with other trades to meet the goals of our customers. This is a full-time permanent position.
Shockingly Good Electrical provides an enjoyable, low pressure working environment. Weekends are meant to be spent with family at home or for your own leisure. Generally, work is within 1 hour of Atwood, Ontario, and hourly pay begins at arrival to shop in the morning to leaving the shop in the afternoon (or equivalent time from home base).
Duties:
· Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in agricultural, commercial and industrial settings.
· Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
· Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
· Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
· Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure integrated project completion.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing electrical work.
· Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
Qualifications:
· Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
· Must have valid G driver's license.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
