Job Summary
Business Development & Sales
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new mortgage leads and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, real estate professionals, and financial institutions
- Identify market trends and promote mortgage products and services
- Support business growth through networking, community outreach, and client engagement activities
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms
- Create and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional content, and brand awareness initiatives
- Monitor social media engagement and assist with digital marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing materials and advertisements
Client & Operations Collaboration
- Work closely with mortgage agents and operations staff to ensure smooth client experiences
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the mortgage process
- Assist with administrative coordination and client follow-ups when required
- Support operational efficiency by managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Education & Experience
- University degree or college diploma preferred in Marketing, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Experience in the mortgage or lending industry is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Proven ability to influence customers and implement effective sales strategies
