About the Role
We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Mississauga. This role is ideal for an individual with strong automotive service experience, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience using Protractor dealership management software.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating repairs and maintenance with the service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and accurately identify their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services and repair estimates.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
- Communicate repair progress, timelines, and costs to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate service records.
- Utilize Protractor Software for repair orders, customer records, and service scheduling.
- Maintain strong communication between customers and the service department.
- Upsell maintenance services when appropriate while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair facility.
- Hands-on experience using Protractor Software is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license is considered an asset.
