Job Summary:
We're looking for a Assistant Manager/Service Advisor to play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and technicians. As such, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their vehicle needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs
* Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repairs and services
* Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
* Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Collaborate with technicians to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good attendance and punctuality record
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
