Who You Are
You don’t need to be a master stonemason (yet), but you should bring:
— A strong work ethic and love for building things with your hands
— Experience in construction, landscaping, or trades (asset but not required)
— Ability to lift, shovel, and work on your feet outdoors
— A positive attitude — no egos, no drama
— A valid driver’s licence (reliable vehicle is a bonus)
If you’re the type of person who gets satisfaction from stepping back at the end of the day and saying “We built that” — you’ll fit right in.

Mini-ex / Skid Steer Operator
Crew Lead (must have experience running jobs)

Pay Range
$25–$40/hr depending on experience and role
Paid every two weeks. Overtime available. Raises based on performance — not time served.
