Job Summary
QUEEN RIVERSIDE BARBERSHOP is looking for 2 skilled barbers with good barbering expertise to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality grooming services while providing excellent customer service. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about their craft, detail-oriented, and able to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for every client.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet clients warmly and create a friendly, professional barbershop experience
- Consult with clients to understand their haircut, beard, and grooming preferences
- Perform precision haircuts using Turkish barbering techniques (fades, tapers, classic and modern styles)
- Provide beard trims, hot towel shaves, and detailed line-ups
- Deliver additional grooming services such as styling, washing, and blow-drying
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations at all times
- Ensure proper hygiene practices in accordance with health and safety standards
- Manage appointment schedules and accommodate walk-in clients efficiently
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Recommend grooming products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and energetic environment
- Stay updated on current trends and techniques in barbering
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Turkish-style barbering is asset
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for grooming, style, and client satisfaction
- 5 years barbering experience
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
