Job Description: Role Descriptions:
Design and deploy OCI infrastructure:
- VCNs| subnets| Security Lists| NSGs| Route Tables| and Internet/NAT Gateways.
- Configure OCI Dynamic Routing Gateways (DRGs) and FastConnect circuits for hybrid connectivity with Azure ExpressRoute.
- Manage active-passive FortiGate NVA deployments in hub VCN for traffic inspection and east-west segmentation.
- Implement spoke VCN architectures with VCN peering or DRG attachment for workload isolation.
- Deploy and manage OCI compute instances| block volumes| object storage| and load balancers.
- Configure OCI IAM: compartments| groups| dynamic groups| and policy statements.
- Set up OCI Logging| Monitoring| and Events for observability and alerting.
- Support integration of OCI Heavy Forwarder VMs for Splunk log forwarding to AWS.
- Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform for OCI resource provisioning.
- Maintain architecture documentation and contribute to multi-cloud governance artefacts.
Essential Skills:
- More than 4 years of OCI experience in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of OCI Networking: VCN| DRG| FastConnect| Security Lists| NSGs. Experience with OCI IAM| compartments| and policy management.
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate or other NVA deployments on OCI.
- Proficiency with Terraform for OCI infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with OCI Compute| Block Volume| Object Storage| and Load Balancing.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate or Professional certification preferred.
- Experience with hybrid cloud architectures (OCIAzure or OCIAWS).
Nice to Have
1. Experience with Oracle Interconnect for Microsoft Azure.
2. Familiarity with Splunk Heavy Forwarder deployments on OCI.
3. Knowledge of OCI Data Science or AI/ML services.
