Store Coordinator / Customer Service Representative
24HR Collision Centre – Surrey
24HR Collision Centre is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, likes staying organized, and wants to build a long-term career in the collision repair industry. No previous autobody experience is required—we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments.
- Create repair folders and download insurance claims.
- Receive and organize parts deliveries.
- Enter parts invoices into our management system.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their repairs.
- Detail vehicles before delivery.
- Manage courtesy vehicles.
- Help keep the office, customer area, and shop organized.
- Learn our repair process and company procedures.
- Assist with quality control and other administrative duties as your training progresses.

Compensation
- Starting wage: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Three-month probationary period with a performance review.
- Wage increases and advancement opportunities based on performance.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
