Description du poste:
Le candidat retenu effectuera divers travaux de rénovation, réparation et entretien dans des immeubles industriels, commerciaux et résidentiels. Nous recherchons une personne autonome, professionnelle, minutieuse et capable d’offrir un travail de haute qualité.
Responsabilités:
- Travaux de peinture intérieure et extérieure
- Plâtrage professionnel, réparations de gypse, sablage et finition
- Installation de céramique et de tuiles
- Installation de vanités et accessoires
- Réparations générales et entretien divers
- Installation de décorations, tablettes, miroirs et quincaillerie
- Travaux de calfeutrage et finition
- Réparations et installations de planchers
- Préparation de logements et retouches diverses
- Maintenir les lieux de travail propres et sécuritaires
- Identifier les besoins de réparation et informer la direction
- Participer aux projets de rénovation et d’entretien dans des environnements industriels, commerciaux et résidentiels
Exigences:
- Expérience professionnelle obligatoire en peinture, plâtrage, finition de gypse, installation de céramique et rénovations générales
- Souci du détail et travail de haute qualité
- Capacité à utiliser les outils manuels et électriques de façon sécuritaire
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et efficace
- Attitude professionnelle et bonnes compétences en communication
- Véhicule personnel un atout
- Capacité à soulever et transporter des matériaux/équipements au besoin
- Expérience en entretien industriel, commercial et résidentiel un atout
- Une carte CCQ valide constitue un atout majeur
Horaire et rémunération:
- Poste temps plein ou temps partiel disponible

Handyman or woman renovation technician
About Us:
Louk’s Management Inc. is a growing property maintenance and general contracting company providing industrial, commercial, and residential services in the Montreal area. We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and versatile Handyman / renovation technician to join our team.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will perform a variety of renovation, repair, and maintenance tasks for industrial, commercial, and residential properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, resourceful, and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Professional plastering, drywall repairs, sanding, and finishing
- Ceramic and tile installation
- Vanity and fixture installations
- General handyman repairs and maintenance
- Installation of décor, shelves, mirrors, hardware, and accessories
- Caulking and finishing work
- Flooring repairs and installations
- Property touch-ups and unit preparation
- Maintaining clean and safe work areas
- Identifying repair needs and reporting issues to management
- Assisting with renovation and maintenance projects as needed in industrial, commercial, and residential environments
Requirements:
- Professional-level experience in painting, plastering, drywall finishing, ceramic/tile installation, and general renovations is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift and carry materials/equipment when necessary
- Experience in industrial, commercial, and residential maintenance is an asset
- A valid CCQ card is a major asset
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time or part-time positions available

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
