We are currently seeking an experienced and community-focused Regional Program Manager to lead service delivery and operations within Haldimand County.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Regional Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for community-based services delivered throughout Haldimand County. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, client-centered service delivery, supporting administrative staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and fostering strong community partnerships.
The successful candidate will balance operational leadership with a commitment to exceptional client service, ensuring programs remain responsive to the evolving needs of seniors and adults with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services & Service Delivery
- Oversee the coordination and delivery of client services.
- Support timely access to programs and services.
- Act as a resource for complex client situations and service concerns.
- Monitor service trends, client feedback, and access barriers.
- Ensure accurate client documentation and service records.
- Identify service gaps and collaborate on solutions.
Leadership & Staff Supervision
- Provide supervision, coaching, and performance management to Client Service Administrators (CSAs).
- Support staff development and ongoing learning.
- Coordinate staffing coverage and workflow planning.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture.
Program Operations & Quality Improvement
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with organizational policies and standards.
- Monitor service performance indicators and operational outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client experience.
- Participate in organizational quality improvement initiatives.
Community Partnerships & Collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with community agencies and referral partners.
- Represent H-NCSSS in community meetings and service coordination discussions.
- Support collaborative approaches to client care and service planning.
Administration & Reporting
- Ensure accurate service data collection and reporting.
- Oversee site administration for the Haldimand office in Cayuga.
- Monitor operational resources and service needs.
- Participate in leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with privacy legislation and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
Required
- Degree in Social Services, Health Services, Gerontology, Community Development, or a related field.
- Experience in community-based service delivery and program coordination.
- Experience supervising staff in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic client information systems.
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and access to reliable transportation.
- Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
Preferred
- Experience working with seniors and adults living with disabilities.
- Knowledge of Haldimand County and local community resources.
- Experience working within a not-for-profit or community services environment.
