We are a growing insulation company specializing in spray foam insulation, blow-in insulation, protective coatings, and general construction. Our work includes residential, commercial, and occasional oilfield projects throughout Cold Lake, Bonnyville, and surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to work hard, learn new skills, and be part of a team that takes pride in delivering quality work. Whether you have experience or are looking to get started in the industry, we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Assist with spray foam insulation, blow-in insulation, and coating applications
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after work is completed
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform general labour duties as required
- Assist with equipment maintenance and yard organization
- Support residential, commercial, and occasional oilfield projects
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, spray foam, or general labour
- Oilfield safety tickets (H2S Alive, First Aid, CSTS, CSO, etc.) - not required but will be needed
- Experience operating equipment and power tools
- Experience towing trailers
