Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Admissions Representative to join our team. This role is vital in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our programs, and fostering a positive experience that encourages enrollment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ educational journeys while developing professional skills in recruitment and public speaking. This role is salary and commission/bonus structured with an added earning potential of over $30,000 per year of commission and bonus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Conduct campus tours and informational sessions to showcase program offerings and campus facilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students through outreach activities and follow-up communications
- Assist applicants with the admissions process, including application completion and documentation review
- Collaborate with academic departments and staff to ensure a seamless enrollment experience
- Represent the institution at recruiting events, fairs, and community outreach programs
- Utilize Salesforce student information systems to track applicant data and manage recruitment pipelines
- Engage in public speaking engagements to promote the institution’s programs and opportunities
- Support teaching staff by providing insights into student needs and recruitment trends when appropriate
Qualifications
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable student management systems is preferred
- Background in recruiting or student outreach is advantageous
- Previous teaching or educational experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
