In this role, you will act as your own boss. We offer you cleaning jobs, and you decide whether to accept them based on your schedule and location. This is a 1099 subcontracting position where your income is directly tied to the size and volume of the jobs you complete.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional residential or commercial cleaning services (deep cleans, standard cleans, move-in/move-out).
- Manage your own travel to and from client locations across the service area.
- Maintain professional-grade cleaning supplies and operational equipment.
- Use our mobile app to view job offers, accept assignments, and update job status.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience.
- Supplies: Must own and bring your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment (including a reliable vacuum, mop, and eco-friendly or standard solutions).
- Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance.
- Technology: Own a smartphone with data for real-time dispatch and coordination.
- Legal: Authorized to work in Canada/US as an independent contractor and able to pass a background check.
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
