We are currently offering Chair Rentals at our well established, supportive salon. This is your chance to bring your creativity, build your clientele, and work on your terms. In a team environment.

Duties
- Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences.
- Provide consultations to clients regarding their desired looks and recommend appropriate services or products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to clients based on their individual needs.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.
Skills
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques with a strong understanding of current trends.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation to ensure a positive experience for every client.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred, with the ability to upsell products confidently.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to sanitation standards.
- Previous experience in front desk operations is a plus but not required.

Pay: $34,400.00-$74,354.17 per year
