We are looking for a hungry and driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Mississauga.
The Role:
- Are you a go-getter who loves talking to people and closing deals? Do you thrive on picking up the phone and turning a cold lead into a happy client?
- Your main goal will be to reach out to new businesses, show them how Luminefy can help them grow, and bring them on board as clients.
What You'll Do:
- Cold Calling and Outreach: Pick up the phone and confidently pitch Luminefy's services to business owners. You will be the first point of contact for new leads.
- Client Growth: Build strong relationships with new clients. Understand what their business needs and show them how our digital marketing services can solve their problems.
- Close Deals: Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales to hit your growth targets.
- Manage Your Pipeline: Keep track of who you've called, who needs a follow-up, and who is ready to sign.
- Team Collaboration: Work with our marketing and design teams to make sure the clients you bring in get exactly what they were promised.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or business development.
- Communication: Clear and confident communicator on the phone and in person.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient. You aren't afraid of hearing "no."
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of websites, SEO, and online ads is a big plus.
