We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Consultants to join our team . The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the truck parts or auto parts industry and a strong ability to build customer relationships, identify client needs, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to truck and auto parts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Stay updated on inventory, product specifications, and industry trends.
Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
Previous experience in truck parts, heavy-duty parts, or auto parts sales is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Knowledge of automotive/truck parts and industry terminology.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and experience with sales/order systems preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience in inside sales or counter sales.
Familiarity with inventory systems and parts catalogs.
Ability to upsell and build long-term client relationships.
Bilingual skills are considered an asset.
