We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians. Since you will be dealing with clients and technicians directly, excellent communication skills are essential. You would be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, preparing repair estimates, communicating recommendations, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery. As Service Advisor you are the vital link between client and technician, supplier partners and more.
