Responsibilities

- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
- Stay updated on the latest haircutting techniques, styles, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of hair styling work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment.
- Strong communication skills to engage clients and understand their grooming preferences.
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.
