This position reports to our Service department which targets Residential calls as well as supports small commercial service projects and supports our projects on the construction side as a service support (after hours or quick urgent requests).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES are as follows, but not limited to:
- Willing to work in all aspects of the Plumbing Trade (Residential, small commercial to high rise building)
- Must be able to see job through from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Must be clean and presentable.
- Must be able to organize materials/tools/equipment for a project
- Complete Customer billing on an IPad application.
- Complete Health and Safety paperwork
- Ability to quote jobs is an asset.
Requirements:
- Journeyman Certification or 3rd Year Apprentice
- Gas License is an Asset
- Backflow Preventer Certificate is an Asset
- Must have a driver’s license with clean drivers abstract Clean driving record
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to workdays, evenings, nights and weekend
- On-Call rotational program (approximately every 2 months for 1 week)
- Always work in a safe manner
- High Health & Safety standards
- Able to successfully attain a government security clearance (Reliability or Secret)
