Chudleigh's Apple Farm Is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our team for the summer and fall season! Availability: Late-May until November 1st.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays
- Has held a kitchen supervisor position in a casual to medium end restaurant
- Prior experience in high volume restaurants
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus
- Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and positive
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and good stress management
License/Certifications:
- Food Handler Certification (required)
- Smart Serve (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to lead a fast pace and high-volume environment.
- Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.
- Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.
- Train kitchen employees in designated stations.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.
