We are looking for an Account Manager/Sales Planner in the Winnipeg area to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Support our sales team by calculating metrics and preparing proposals, and documents needed in the sales process to secure new clients
- Monitor and improve account metrics for each client
- Contribute strategy with high-leverage customers and ensure their campaigns are running as successfully as possible
- Communicate progress of monthly, quarterly, and yearly initiatives with clients
- Multi-tasking and communicating priorities effectively within teams
- Prepare account reports/statements as requested by clients or supervisors
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to meet client needs and create new opportunities
- Provide proactive customer service to clients on all accounts
- Educate clients on new Taiv products and services and how to utilize them in our space
- Assist client with coordinating content creation for their venue's promos
- Develop trusting and beneficial working relationships with all relevant stakeholders
Who You Are:
- You are a problem solver; you attack any problem that arrises and solve it methodically
- You’re highly organized; your calendar is always up to date and you enjoy working with spreadsheets and keeping an up-to-date CRM.
- You have strong attention with the ability to catch and prevent small errors that could impact client deliverables.
- You’re a strong analytical thinker that is comfortable running reports and doing media math calculations
- You have strong work ethic and make sure you get all your tasks done in a timely manner
- You have a strong grasp on the fundamentals of client relationship management and can apply these fundamentals to helping strategize your outreach.
- You are a people person - you love meeting people and people love meeting you.
- You’re a curious person who wants to learn everything they can about our domain.
Your Qualifications:
- You possess a history of extraordinary achievements
- 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing/account management role is an asset
- Degree or diploma is an asset
- Located in Winnipeg or willing to relocate
