InterFulfillment is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate. This role is also known as: shipper/receiver, warehouse clerk, fulfillment associate, picker, packer, shipper, receiver.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders using RF scanners, PC-based warehouse management systems (WMS), and shipping software to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
This role also includes receiving inventory, maintaining accurate warehouse inventory records, operating Class 2 reach trucks, and supporting overall warehouse operations in a fast-paced ecommerce fulfillment environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Order Fulfillment:
(You need to be a team player and have positive energy!)
- Process customer orders accurately using RF scanners and PC-based WMS software
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to customer-specific procedures
- Use shipping software to create and print shipping labels and shipping documentation
- Verify order accuracy and ensure all shipments meet quality standards
- Maintain productivity and accuracy targets in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership to resolve order or inventory issues
Inventory Management:
(You need to be physically fit and have attention to detail!)
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Accurately record and update inventory and SKUs in our warehouse management system (WMS)
- Create new SKUs and maintain accurate product information in the system
- Organize and store items in designated warehouse locations
- Operate a Class 2 Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Assist with replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory audits
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Report discrepancies or damaged inventory to warehouse management
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or ecommerce environment
- Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and shipping software
- Strong computer skills and comfort working with PC-based systems throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Class 2 Reach Truck experience and certification is essential

The expected salary range for the role is $21.50–$22.50 per hour. This is the salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s compensation level within the range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, relevant education, qualifications, skills, organizational needs, and performance.
